Today, on the federal observance of the Juneteenth holiday, we have immense gratitude for our URBN Black Employee Resource Group. This passionate group of employees created and curated educational materials for our entire community, helping us learn, listen, and reflect. URBN Black also hosted an epic Juneteenth Block Party at the URBN home office. Today and every day, URBN Employee Resource Groups bring our community’s diverse experiences to the forefront and shape our culture of creativity.
