Financial Planning

401(k)

Our 401(k) helps employees set themselves up for a more secure financial future. Employee contributions to a 401(k) account are matched by URBN after completion of an eligibility waiting period.

Accident Insurance

No matter how careful you are, accidents can happen when you least expect them. Accident insurance is available to help pay for out-of-pocket medical and non-medical costs that result from an accident or injury.

Flexible Spending Accounts

Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts are available to employees that allow for money to be put away on a pre-tax basis to pay for certain out-of-pocket costs.

Dental

Dental health is an important part of your overall health. Our dental plans help you plan and budget for the costs of dental care through one of the two plan options available to employees. Coverage includes benefits for preventive, basic, and restorative services in addition to orthodontia.

Medical

No one plans to get sick or hurt, but most people need medical care at some point. Our health insurance plans provide coverage including doctor’s visits, hospitalization, and outpatient care. Both plans offered have a $0 deductible for in-network care.

Vision

Keep your eyes sharp with one of the two options available to employees. Coverage includes benefits for eye exams, lenses, contacts, and frames.

Telemedicine

Telemedicine allows healthcare professionals to evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients remotely. Telemedicine coverage for both general health and mental health conditions is offered at a lower copay than office visits under both health insurance plans.

Domestic Partner

URBN supports employees with diverse lifestyles. Domestic partners are considered eligible dependents under all health and welfare benefits offered to employees.

Time Off

We encourage employees to utilize Paid Time Off (PTO) to invest in time away from work to rebalance. PTO is offered to full-time employees unless otherwise specified by state or provincial laws. The following list includes the PTO benefits.

Vacation

Spend up to four weeks of time off for the purpose of resting, relaxing, and having fun. The amount of vacation time accrued depends on the employee’s length of service.

Personal Days

Utilize up to six days per year for any personal time off.

Mingle with friends and family six days each year to observe designated holidays.

Maternity and Paternity Leave

Cuddle and snuggle for up to six weeks of 100% paid parental leave following the birth or placement for adoption of a child.
