If you are an URBN Employee

Home Office employees can pick up their cards for replacements or significant others at B12 Reception Desk five (5) business days after requested. Store and Menus & Venues employee cards will be sent to the store/restaurant in the mail pack.

If you are an Eligible User

If you have lost your card and do not know your discount number, please let your URBN Employee know so they can open a case in My URBN on your behalf.

Please include the following information in all emails to the brand for the quickest resolution:

  • Discount ID number as shown on the back of the card
  • Email address associated with the account (if known)
  • Details of the issue: Error message, trouble linking or unlinking etc

Please allow 48 business hours for a response.

Eligible User Changes

Changes to an employee's eligible users may be submitted by opening a case in My URBN. Changes to an employee's significant other are accepted quarterly. The Payroll Department will give advance notice of when changes to significant others may be made.

How can I add my Employee Discount to my online account for a virtual card?

  • Download any of the Brand apps (Urban Outfitters, Anthropologie, Free People)
  • Create an account or sign in if you already have an account
  • Search for “Employee” in app search bar
  • Fill out form (This is where you will enter your full 9-digit discount number under the “Enter Employee ID” tab)
    • Note that this is not your 6 digit Employee ID, but the full 9 digit discount number.
  • You can access your discount card through the “Shake to Display” feature in the apps or through the “More Tab > My Account”

**If you do not have your discount card Log into MY URBN > Myself > Employee Discount for your Discount number.
